My Role
As one of three UX designers on the project, I contributed to:
1. Developing user flows, wireframes, and prototypes for the platform's key features.
2. Iterating designs based on stakeholder feedback and user requirements.
3. Collaborating with other UX designers and developers to maintain consistency and scalability across the platform.
Design Process
Research and Ideation
I collaborated with the team to identify user needs, focusing on how AI could streamline sales processes and enhance usability. This research guided the development of features that balanced automation with intuitive design
Wireframes and Prototypes
I developed wireframes and interactive prototypes for key sections, including AI Learning, Deal Flow, the Inbox screens, and the Product Library. These designs served as the foundation for collaboration, allowing stakeholders to provide feedback and refine the features before moving into high-fidelity designs.

AI Learning - Company Details
This screen focuses on gathering company-specific information that will inform the AI system’s personalization for users.
AI Learning - Company Resources
This screen allows users to input links to their company’s FAQ and knowledge base, ensuring that the AI system has access to essential support materials. This feature enables the AI to provide more tailored and accurate responses based on company-specific information.
AI Learning - AI Persona
This section was designed to give users control over the AI’s persona by allowing them to adjust specific personality traits. I focused on creating an intuitive, slider-based interface to make these settings easy to customize.
AI Learning - Sales Process Overview
This section helps users train the AI system by providing tools to manage common objections and create handling strategies, tailoring the AI’s responses to their specific business needs.
Deals Flow
The Deals Flow section was designed to provide sales teams with a comprehensive view of their sales pipeline, enabling them to manage opportunities efficiently. By creating a Kanban-style interface and incorporating filters for quick navigation, the platform empowers users to tailor workflows to their unique sales processes. Throughout the design process, I collaborated with stakeholders to ensure the features aligned with business goals while addressing user needs for clarity and usability. These designs laid the foundation for a seamless experience, improving how teams interact with their sales data and track progress.

Key Learnings
